A Brooklyn teen was rushed to the hospital Tuesday after he was stabbed in the head with a pair of scissors by a fellow student following a fight during a school pickup basketball game, according to published reports.
Alfred Allen, 15, of Erasmus Hall High School, was in critical condition after a 16-year-old boy stabbed him after Allen stole the ball from the suspect during the game at the Park Slope South school, sources told the New York Daily News.
After the stabbing, the suspect - described by a school source as an emotionally disturbed special-ed student, the Daily News reported -- went to an office in the school, where he was later arrested. He was charged with assault with a weapon.
