An apparently speeding 19-year-old driver spun out of control as he exited a Brooklyn highway yesterday, slamming his car into a utility pole and killing the front passenger, police said.

The driver and two female back-seat passengers aboard the 2007 Chrysler Sebring were injured in the crash on the Knapp Street exit off the westbound Shore Parkway in Sheepshead Bay.

The front passenger, Devon Burgess, 23, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, was pronounced dead at Staten Island North Hospital. Police said the investigation is continuing.
