The woman accused of stalking and extorting Yankees GM Brian Cashman said Cashman got her a fake ID when she aborted the couple's baby, according to published reports.
Louise Neathway made the claim in court papers filed Monday, where she said Cashman obtained the phony ID for her last summer after she decided to abort the child resulting from their affair, the Daily News reported.
"He demanded that I provide him with two passport size photographs so that he could obtain a fake ID," Neathway said, according to the Daily News.
"Not only did Mr. Cashman obtain a fake ID for me in the name of Rosalita Gonzalez, he also took care in finding a clinic to provide the abortion service and car service for me on the day of the procedure."
Neathway, 36, is jailed at Rikers on charges of stalking and extorting Cashman, 44, with whom she had an affair that ended Cashman's marriage of 16 years.
