The homeless man accused of raping a 73-year-old bird watcher in Central Park last month sexually assaulted two other women the same day, the Manhattan district attorney said Tuesday.

David Mitchell, 42, was indicted on several criminal charges, including rape, sexually motivated robbery and menacing for attacking four people..

On Sept. 12, he allegedly raped and assaulted the bird watcher in Strawberry Fields in revenge for her taking a picture of him touching himself in the park.

Mitchell asked the woman if he had remembered him and then attacked her, DA Cy Vance said.

"Any sexual assault is unacceptable, but one that occurred in broad daylight in a public place is particularly shocking," Vance said in a statement.

After the alleged rape, Mitchell reportedly stole her camera and fled the park, but the DA said that was not the end of his crimes that day.

He allegedly sexually assaulted two more women on the Upper West Side before he was arrested.

Mitchell was also charged for brandishing a knife and threatening to kill a man in Central Park in August, the DA said. His next court date is in December.
