Charges dropped against Bronx teen beaten by cops

Some of the charges have been dropped against 19-year-old Jateik Reed, who was seen on video in January being beaten by four NYPD officers in the Bronx, all of whom lost their badges and gun after the video went viral.
After that arrest he was hit with assault, harassment and drugs charges, but they were all dropped.
Still, Reed faces charges stemming from a cell phone robbery.
