Charlie Sheen has put Selma Blair square in his crosshairs, claiming he fired his "Anger Management" co-star after she bad-mouthed him to the show's head honchos.

Sheen, 47, went on a rampage after learning of Blair's alleged powwow with the show's executives, during which she complained that Sheen is always late and has a "shoddy work ethic," according to TMZ.com.

Sheen was furious when he found out -- telling them that he fired her, according to TMZ. He refuses to come to the set if she's there, the site reported.

Sheen reportedly offered Mila Kunis $1 million per episode to co-star in a 10-episode story arc, TMZ reported.

Requests for comment to both camps weren't returned.
