BookCourt's All-Day Sandy Benefit
Brooklyn bookstore BookCourt is doing its part for victims of superstorm Sandy this Saturday with an all-day Sandy benefit. Hosted by BookCourt and author Jennifer Cody Epstein, the event will include readings and book signings from local writers, including stars such as Jonathan Ames ("Bored to Death"), Tad Hills, Nick Flynn, Arthur Phillips, Emma Straub, Todd Colby and Epstein. The store will donate 15% of the day's proceeds to Sandy relief, so stop by to enjoy the events and help the relief efforts if you're able.
