8 Artists Making Sculpture: The 5th Annual Registry Exhibition
It seems like everything in the art world is going 3-D these days, but the original three-dimensional art form remains sculpture. BRIC Arts Media has chosen eight artists - including Carolyn Salas, Abraham McNally and Jong Oh - from its Contemporary Artist Registry who work to transform and activate the physical space around them. The exhibition runs through Oct. 27. (Opens Thursday, Tues.-Sat., noon-6 p.m., FREE, BRIC Rotunda Gallery, 33 Clinton St., Brooklyn, bricartsmedia.org)
