Friends of the High Line unveiled initial designs for the third and final phase of the park, which is expected to extend west to 12th Avenue and north to 34th Street.

With an estimated tab of $90 million, High Line park's Phase 3 is expected to be completed by the end of 2013 and open to the public in 2014, The New York Times reported.
