Two former employees have accused celebrity chef Mario Batali of cheating them of their tips at his famous Greenwich Village eatery.
The workers filed a lawsuit in Manhattan federal court on Thursday against the former “Iron Chef America” celebrity.
They say Batali forced them to illegally share their tips with other Babbo Ristorante Enoteca workers who weren’t entitled to them.
The class action lawsuit seeks unspecified damages.
A Babbo representative declined comment.
