Cigars and strippers a slam dunk for Dennis Rodman

Dennis Rodman is all about cigars and strippers these days.

The eccentric former basketballer spent a recent night puffing away at Merchants NY Cigar Bar on the Upper East Side and then heading to nearby strip club Sapphire.

Wearing bright-yellow nail polish, coordinating Converse and feathers on the side of his face, Rodman was accompanied by a security guard at Merchants and seemed “very wired,” a witness told us.

“He was dancing and having a good time,” the spy said.
