Police are seeking help in finding a man who lifted a young woman's dress and groped her as she climbed the stairs to the downtown D train at the East Kingsbridge Road and Grand Concourse stop on Dec. 14.
The suspect is believed to be a 6-foot-tall, Hispanic and between 25 and 30. In a surveillance photo, he's wearing an oversized blue bubble coat and blue jeans and a dark do-rag under a Russian-style fur hat.
