Cops trying to ID dismembered body found near LIRR tracks

Police are trying to identify a man whose dismembered body was found near train tracks in Queens.
The body parts were found April 12 near Long Island Rail Road tracks in Elmhurst.
According to police, a homeless man found a bag with a skull in it. Detectives searched the area and found more bags with body parts in them.
The medical examiner's office determined that the body parts belonged to a 30-year-old white man.
Police are calling the man's death a homicide and they are seeking the public's help in identifying the victim.
They released a composite sketch on Friday.
