Deal reached in web of 'Spider-Man' suits

The legal troubles for “Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark” are finally over, as ousted director Julie Taymor and the show’s producers settled their lawsuits over the $75 million show, both sides said Wednesday.
The Tony-winning director, who was the show’s original creative force, filed a $1 million suit against Michael Cohl and Jeremiah Harris of 8 Legged Productions after she was let go in 2011, saying it wrongfully used her work.
The producers countersued, and in August both sides reached a tentative agreement to settle.
“We’re happy to put all this behind us,” Cohl and Harris said Wednesday.
