Demi Moore heads to Utah for rehab: report

Demi Moore is (hopefully) getting the help she needs.

The actress - who was rushed to the hospital Jan. 23 following a frantic 911 call from a friend - has checked into the chichi Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah, where she is being treated for addiction issues as well as an eating disorder, E! News reported.

"She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," a source told E! News.

Moore, 49, reportedly left her Los Angeles home a few days after her hospitalization - allegedly to treat a seizure related to drug use - for Cirque Lodge, which has treated Lindsay Lohan in the past, according to reports.

"It became clear to her that her way of coping with her stress was not working and she needed more help," the source said of Moore, who split from hubby Ashton Kutcher in November after reports of cheating on his part.
