Did Courtney Love set her own apartment on fire?

Quelle surprise: Courtney Love is causing trouble.
TMZ.com is reporting that the owner of the luxury West Village townhouse Love rents believes the rocker set the place on fire and wants to evict her, stat.
According to the owner, the "landmark luxury" townhouse was designed by a famed architect and designer, and Love agreed not to mess with the inside.
Naturally, according to the owner, Courtney blew off the agreement, repainting and wallpapering.
Oh yeah -- and then there was the arson.
The owner claims the FDNY responded to a blaze in the fourth-floor bedroom in June. He also claims there are burn marks throughout the pad.
