President Donald Trump’s former childhood home in Queens is being offered for short-term stays on Airbnb, according to a recent listing on the lodging website.

Trump’s former home in the Jamaica Estates neighborhood is available for $600 a night and features a “giant cutout of Donald in the Living Room . . . a great companion for watching Fox News late into the night,” according to the listing. The listing bears a green insignia indicating it was “verified” by the website.

Misha Hagani, the principal of Paramount Realty USA, which auctioned off the home for $2.14 million to an unnamed buyer in March, confirmed the authenticity of the Airbnb post.

“The operator of the Airbnb listing is someone I know and they contacted me to tell me that this is what their plan is,” Hagani said in an interview.

The Tudor-style home was purchased by a limited liability corporation called Trump Birth House, a move that allowed the buyers not to disclose their identity in public records. In June, after listing the house for rent, the buyers accepted a 12-month lease offer of $4,000 a month.

Hagani said he could not disclose whether the home was placed on Airbnb by the property owner, or by the leaseholders.

“I don’t know if I can comment on that,” Hagani said. “I do know who it is. Whether it’s the owner . . . or someone else . . . I just don’t know that the person wants to be identified as such.”

New York City’s Multiple Dwelling Law prohibits home and apartment rentals for less than 30 days, unless the boarder shares the space with a permanent resident who is there for the duration of the rental. The Airbnb listing says a tenant resides in the basement and is available to “help you make the most of your time here.”

The 3 1⁄2-bathroom home, which was first listed on Airbnb in June, has 17 beds for guests, internet connection and cable television. Pets and parties are prohibited on the property, according to the listing.

“Not much has been changed since the Trumps lived here, the kitchen is original and the opulent furnishings represent the style and affluence in which the Trumps would have lived,” the listing reads. “This is a unique and special opportunity to stay in the home of a sitting president.”
