DOT completes First Avenue repaving
The city Department of Transportation has completed a $7 million repaving of First Avenue on the Upper East Side, it said Tuesday.

“The future has finally caught up with First Avenue to provide better transit, driving, biking and walking through science,” DOT Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan said in a statement.
