Elevator falls 3 floors, 22 minor injuries
The FDNY says 22 people suffered minor injuries when a freight elevator of a Manhattan building fell three floors.
Emergency units responded to the five-story building at 7:02 a.m. Wednesday.
The building is on Sixth Avenue near 19th Street.

Fire officials say all the injuries were minor. No one was immediately taken to the hospital.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
