Sleep deprivation might explain why Miley Cyrus followed up her twerking performance with Robin Thicke at the VMAs Aug. 25 with wearing PJs and unicorn slippers at Tetterboro Airport.

"All I do is work," the 20-year-old former Disney kid told the British newspaper Sunday People in a recently published interview that the singer did five weeks ago while promoting her single "We Can't Stop."

"People are impressed with me because I can sleep for just 45 minutes -- I'm used to it," said Cyrus.

Cyrus said she never gets much time to work out ("I do yoga and 30 push ups every day") and copped to having "issues."

"I'm messed up," the self-identified workaholic said. "Everyone does stuff when they are messed up. I don't have a normal life. I take a hiatus every now and again but I'm not good at that."
