A veteran criminal convicted in the slaying of a woman and a botched Queens robbery 30 years ago was arraigned Thursday for his part in a stolen credit card ring.
Gregory Portacio, 51, turned himself in last week and appeared in Manhattan Supreme Court Thursday, when he was ordered held in lieu of a $150,000 bail, prosecutors said.
The ring is accused of skimming credit card numbers at posh eateries. Portacio has pleaded not guilty.
