The young school teacher who was brutally assaulted by a drunk off-duty cop last year will never have to see the monster again.
As prosecutors were gearing up to re-try disgraced ex-cop Michael Pena for raping the 25-year-old teacher, he admitted raping her Thursday morning, three months after a jury convicted him of sex abuse charges but failed to come to a consensus on rape charges.
