Extended rehab stay for Lindsay Lohan?

Lindsay Lohan may need a little extra help when it comes to her rehabbing.

According to RadarOnline.com, the starlet is being advised to stay in rehab for at least another month after her court-mandated treatment runs out at the end of July. In March, Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in rehab for charges stemming from a car crash last year.

According to a Radar source, Lohan, 27, is “doing so well” at the Cliffside Malibu rehab facility, but she needs additional time there to continue her healing: “Someone with her addictionand psychiatric issues needs extensive treatment, and 90 days just isn’t enough. She is in a really good place right now, but her doctors want that to continue.”
