Here are three players worth starting and sitting as we enter Week 7:

START

Tony Romo (QB, Cowboys)

Underperformed last week, but should bounce back against the Eagles.

Reggie Wayne (WR, Colts)

He should get a ton of targets as the Colts try to keep pace with the Broncos.

Ryan Mathews and Danny Woodhead (RB, Chargers)

They have a great matchup against the Jaguars. Mathews is a better play in standard leagues and Woodhead is a fantastic play in PPR leagues.

SIT

Andre Johnson (WR, Texans)

He's banged up, has a tough matchup against the Chiefs and may be stuck with Case Keenum throwing him the ball.

Matthew Stafford (QB, Lions)

Loses a lot of value as long as Calvin Johnson isn't 100%.

Stevan Ridley (RB, Patriots)

Finally produced last week, but the Pats backfield is still crowded and the Jets are a tough matchup.

Alex Case is amNY's fantasy football columnist.
