Fantasy Football: Park most Lions, Vikings, Hawks on the bench

For most leagues, the start of Week 14 marks the beginning of the fantasy playoffs. It all comes down to this, and you should most likely ride the players that got you here. This is not the time to throw matchups out the window and start a player going up against a tough defense.
Over the next four weeks, you would be wise to avoid all but the most talented fantasy players from the Detroit Lions (WR Calvin Johnson), Minnesota Vikings (RB Adrian Peterson and a healthy WR Percy Harvin) and Seattle Seahawks (RB Marshawn Lynch).
The Lions probably have the toughest road of all, as they go up against the Packers, Cardinals, Falcons and Bears over the final four weeks.
While you can still feel OK starting your Lions this week against the Packers, over the remaining weeks fringe players like RB Mikel Leshoure and TE Brandon Pettigrew should almost certainly be on your bench. Even QB Matthew Stafford may need to sit down if you have a solid backup.
Christian Ponder and the Vikings will face the Bears, Rams, Texans and Packers, while Russell Wilson and the Seahawks square off against the Cardinals, Bills, 49ers and Rams. These young QBs should only be active if you are desperate.
The Vikings' Kyle Rudolph can also likely be replaced in your lineup by a less valued TE such as the Bills' Scott Chandler. Seahawks WRs Golden Tate and Sidney Rice should also be avoided.
