With each weekend comes the need for tough decisions about your lineup. Here are our recommendations:

Start

Rex Grossman, QB, Washington (vs. Arizona): The Cardinals gave up 422 yards passing to rookie Cam Newton last week. In four starts as a Redskin, Grossman has passed for 300 yards three times.

Peyton Hillis, RB, Cleveland (at Indianapolis): Hillis should bounce back after a quiet Week 1. He’s facing a Colts defense that yielded 167 rushing yards to Houston last week.

Mike Sims-Walker, WR, St. Louis (vs. Giants): Sims-Walker was shut down against Nnamdi Asomugha and the Eagles last week. He should be better against the Giants’ banged-up secondary.

Sit

Matt Ryan, QB, Atlanta (vs. Philadelphia): The Eagles limited Sam Bradford to 188 yards passing and no touchdowns in Week 1. Ryan failed to lead the Falcons on a single TD drive against Chicago.

Cadillac Williams, RB, St. Louis (at Giants): Despite missing several starters, the Giants held Washington’s Tim Hightower to 2.9 yards per carry last week. Williams was abysmal as Tampa Bay’s lead back early in 2010.

Chad Ochocinco, WR, New England (vs. San Diego): Ochocinco ranked fifth on the Pats in targets in the season opener. The Chargers had the NFL’s top-ranked pass defense last year (and again so far this year).
