The season is finally under way, and now it's time to make the key fantasy decision: Who to start, and who to sit? Be sure to note that these recommendations aren't uniform: Your lineup is dependent on who is on your team. Just because I list someone as a start doesn't mean you should bench Texans RB Arian Foster for them.
START:
Vernon Davis (TE, 49ers) - San Francisco will need to throw to keep up with the Packers, and Davis is their true top target.
DeAngelo Williams (RB, Panthers) - He should get a larger than normal workload against the atrocious Tampa Bay rush defense.
Nate Washington and Kendall Wright (WRs, Titans) - With Kenny Britt suspended, they will benefit against the Pats' weak pass defense.
SIT:
Maurice Jones-Drew (RB, Jaguars) and Adrian Peterson (RB, Vikings) - Let them shake off the rust.
Willis McGahee (RB, Broncos) - A good rule of thumb for RBs is: stay away from Pittsburgh's defense.
Steve Johnson (WR, Bills) - Revis Island is for real.
