Diane von Furstenberg kicked off her show Sunday, dubbed “Beginnings,” with a variation on the iconic wrap dress that catapulted her into the fashion limelight in the 1970s: a white wrap-style cotton shirt-dress.
From there, DvF crafted her collection for the woman she describes as feeling renewed, resilient and radiant. Translation: bold dresses and jumpsuits in oversized pop florals, embellished frocks, relaxed trousers, cropped jackets and evening wear in the hues of green, purple and orange.
