Porter Grey’s fall 2011 collection was closet candy for hipsters. The Lincoln Center debut from the New York-based line — designed by sisters Alexandra and Kristen O’Neill — featured of-the-moment staples such as high-waisted pants, a loose-fitting jumpsuit and wooly shorts that worked easily into wearable looks. The majority of the pieces weren’t body-conscious, save for a fitted black-and-brown mini-dress and a few frocks with cut-out detailing. Adding to the wearability of the collection was the neutral color palette of tans, grays, blacks and muted reds.
