The E, F, M and R trains will be shutting down overnight in parts of Queens this week, as the MTA's FASTRACK maintenance program will hit the borough for the first time.

Starting Monday night and lasting until Friday morning, the trains will partially shut down from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. as crews service tracks, signals, cables, lighting, third rail components and platform edges.

On the E train, service will be suspended between Roosevelt Avenue and World Trade Center, and the F train will shut down between Roosevelt Avenue and 21st Street-Queensbridge.

This week's overnight shutdowns in Queens and Brooklyn will be the first time the program has gone into effect outside of Manhattan.
