A city firefighter was arrested yesterday for driving drunk with his 3-year-old child in the car early yesterday, police said.

John McLean, 45, was charged with felony aggravated DWI and refusing a breath test, police said.

Cops said they pulled McLean over on the Belt Parkway near E. 6th Street in Brooklyn after they spotted him swerving around 2 a.m.

He was given a Breathalyzer at the scene, but allegedly refused a second one at the police station. Police said his wife was also in the car, but was not intoxicated.

Officials did not immediately disclose which firehouse McLean was assigned to.
