It was the house in which Bruce Springsteen crafted several of the songs on his breakthrough album. Now, it can be yours for just $350,000.

The Long Branch, N.J. home where Springsteen penned his classic song "Born to Run," as well as other songs on the album of the same name, is up for sale, according to published reports.

The two-bedroom, one-bathroom abode is close to the beach, and has the same layout as when Springsteen lived there, the real estate agent in charge of selling the home told NJ.com. It has three owners - only one of whom lives there - and two of the owners would be willing to hang onto their part of the house and sell just a third of the share, if it came to it, according to the Asbury Park Press.

Springsteen lived there from 1974-75, acording to the newspaper, and was reportedly unsuccessfully sought out by Bob Dylan in 2009.
