Jason Wu became a household name in 2009 when he dressed first lady Michelle Obama in a sweeping white one-shoulder gown for the
Inaugural Ball.
Now, the fashion darling - whose leather totes can run upwards of $1,895 and silk dresses $2,300 - is joining the ranks of Rodarte, Missoni and Zac Posen to launch a lower-priced line for Target.
"As with my main collection, special attention has been [put] into every detail, and I can't wait to see girls wearing and enjoying the collection," Wu said.
Wu was inspired by the classic American girl in Paris when designing, and the collection is filled with sophisticated yet lighthearted frocks, skirts, sweaters, shorts, handbags, scarves, a trench and more.
Here's a sneak peek at the must-have collection, which will be available in Target stores and on Target.com from Feb. 5 to March 6.
