From the first beats out of the stereo (Bell Biv Devoe's "Poison") to the booty-shakin' "Baby Got Back" by the '90s icon Sir Mix-A-Lot, to the cool-down croons of Boyz II Men's "End of the Road," this class is for those of us with a lot of love for the '90s.
Don't get us wrong. The class wasn't all about reminiscing. The cardio was intense and the moves challenging. But that's what you want from a workout, right?
2Fly is offered at Crunch locations across the city and is included in membership. $24 without membership and the first class is free. Memberships are 50% off thru Jan. 15 at Crunch.com.

Joining the likes of SoulCycle and Flywheel is NYC newbie Revolve - a D.C.-area import that's taken on Union Square.
So what makes Revolve stand out from the crowd?
For one, variety. The boutique studio - which off the bat impressed us with its friendly staff and sleek interior - offers three classes: The Real Ride (which focuses on cardio endurance), Body Ride (a total body workout that incorporates hand weights of 2, 3 or 5 pounds each) and RIP Ride (a hardcore class that emphasizes resistance, intervals and performance). The classes are athletic yet fun and have a definite focus on proper cycling form.
Revolve is now offering a $99/month unlimited class package. Or, if you prefer to pay per class, it's $28 each time you ride. 52 E. 13th St., 646-756-5114
