'Glee' stars Lea Michele and Cory Monteith 'hooking up'?

They play lovebirds on "Glee," and now talk is intensifying that Lea Michele and Cory Monteith are seeing each other off-screen. "They've been hooking up for a while," a source told Us Weekly. According to the mag, Monteith recently took Michele on a "romantic" trip to his hometown of Vancouver.
