Make them an offer they can't refuse.

A New York City house featured in "The Godfather" is on the market for just under $3 million.

The Staten Island Advance reports that the house's exterior was used in the 1972 mob classic. The current owner has even revamped some of the decor to resemble the fictional house's interior.

The asking price is $2.89 million.

Besides bragging rights, the buyer gets a 6,248-square-feet Tudor with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Real estate agent Joseph R. Profaci says the gourmet kitchen "is to die for."
