New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie yesterday blasted a former White House physician for expressing concern about the pol's health in a Tuesday CNN interview, saying "she should shut up" if she's not willing to "come here to New Jersey and ask me if she wants to examine me."
Speaking at a news conference yesterday, Christie described Dr. Eleanor "Connie" Mariano as "just another hack who wants five minutes on TV."
In the interview, Mariano said she was a Republican and that she liked Christie a lot. "I want him to run. I just want him to lose weight" to improve his health, she said.
