Hammer accuses cop of racially profiling him during arrest

MC Hammer took to Twitter in outrage over his arrest in Dublin., Calif., on Thursday.

Cops arrested the '90s hip-hop star for allegedly driving with expired registration and in a car that wasn't registered to him, a spokesman for the local police department said.

Hammer, who was released on bail, says he was a victim of harassment by a police officer.
