Here's the schedule for the Times Square New Year's Eve celebration

If you're heading to Times Square for New Year's Eve, here are some of the major events lined up:
3 p.m.:The streets around Times Square will close down to prepare for the mass of revelers arriving.
6 p.m.: New Year's Eve Ball is illuminated and raised atop One Times Square.
6:03 p.m.: Opening ceremonies, with a Chinese cultural performance from the Sino-American Friendship Association between 46th and 47th streets.
7:18 p.m.: Train performs their new single "Mermaid."
8:34 p.m.: Neon Trees performs a medley of their songs "Animal," Lessons in Love" and "Everybody Talks."
9:35 p.m.: Carly Rae Jepson performs a medley of her songs "This Kiss" and "Call Me Maybe."
10:20 p.m.: The USO's Liberty Bells perform "A Military Salute" to honor the troops.
10:37 p.m.: Psy performs "Gangnam Style."
11:03 p.m.: Spanish-language pop star Yuri performs two of her hit songs.
11:15 p.m.: AP presents its 2012 newsreel highlights.
11:38 p.m.: Taylor Swift performs a medley of some of her most popular songs.
11:56 p.m.: Train performs a cover of John Lennon's "Imagine."
11:59 p.m.: Sixty-second countdown as the ball begins its 70-foot drop.
Midnight: All 32,000 lights on the ball are turned off as "2013" is illuminated above Times Square.
12:15 a.m.: End of the show.
