High priestess of prep Tory Burch debuts first perfume

Tory Burch fanatics now have a TB signature eau de parfum to slip into in addition to her famous flats and tunics. Burch's eponymous new fragrance opens in a fruity fanfare of candied sweetness -- sweet alyssum, jasmine sambac, neroli, peony and mandarin.

After the opening notes die down, you sense a wispy whiff of vetiver, a squirt of grapefruit and a few carrot seeds (that's right: carrot seeds) and a familiar anchor of sandalwood tossed in to cut the sugary high notes.

A body cream ($80), body lotion ($50), bath and shower gel ($50) and candle ($60) are also available in the same fragrance.
