After a daylong manhunt, police arrested an alleged hit-and-run driver who killed a man and injured another pedestrian in Williamsburg Thursday, police said.

Officers charged Adam Recio, 27, of Crown Heights, for allegedly leaving the scene of the incident that took place at Keap Street and Borinquen Road and abandoning his 2004 Chevy Malibu shortly after the 5 a.m. accident.

Raul Delacruz, 35, and an unidentified 24-year-old woman crossed the intersection when the car struck them, sending the man into the air and into another car, police said.

The driver of the second vehicle stayed at the scene and first responders pronounced Delacruz dead at the scene.

Police listed the other victim in stable condition at Elmhurst Hospital.
