A homeless man was charged Tuesday for allegedly groping two 7-year-old girls in South Ozone Park last week, the Queens District Attorney's office said.

Lee Samuel, 25, who has no known address, was charged with a first-degree criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child in one complaint, and forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child in the second.

"The defendant is accused of being a sexual predator. Such an allegation makes him a threat to children," Queens DA Richard Brown said. "Such conduct, if proven true, cannot go unpunished."

Officials say Samuel approached the first girl from behind as she was tying her shoes and grabbed her buttocks on May 1.

Hours later he approached the second girl and told her to close her eyes and stick out her tongue, then exposed himself and forced himself on her, officials said.

He faces up to 25 years in prison.
