Taylor Swift might never, ever, ever read your fan mail.

Hundreds of unopened letters from fans to the 23-year-old pop star were found in a Dumpster behind a Nashville school this weekend, with many of them covered in glitter and heart stickers, according to local WKRN-TV.

The piles of mail, which were addressed to Swift's post office box at a nearby strip mall, were found by Kylee Francescon while she was recycling newspapers behind Granbery Elementary School.

"I was like, 'That's weird,'" Francescon told the station.

"I didn't know if they were stolen discarded, so I threw them in a box."

Swift's rep said she didn't know how the letters ended up in the trash.

"The only explanation for any letters being unopened would be that a small batch of mail ... was accidentally put with letters headed for the recycling center," Swift spokeswoman Paula Erickson told the station. "We plan to immediately pick up the mail." Swift's rep didn't respond to an amNewYork request for comment.
