When rumors first starting percolating back in October that the queen of pared-down Parisian cool Isabel Marant would somehow be collaborating with Gap, predictably the fashion world went wild blogging, tweeting and generally hitting the ceiling. Turns out, it's not quite a full-on collab, but it is a worthy joint project.

To mark World Aids Day, Marant and the mass retailer have designed a limited-edition women's tee for (PRODUCT)RED. Printed on heather V-neck Gap tees, the top features a colorful watercolor-splotch print and a super-slouchy silhouette and hits stores on Black Friday.

"I am very thrilled that Gap has given me the opportunity to contribute to such an important cause. This is one of those rare occasions when fashion can do something to help make the world a slightly better place," Marant said in a release.

And, since it's part of Gap's ultra-charitable (PRODUCT)Red line, it's fashion you can feel good about: 50% of the profits from the sale of all tees will go to the Global Fund to help eliminate AIDS in Africa.
