A new man might have J. Lo’s love.

Newly single Jennifer Lopez, 42, was spotted sharing an intimate dinner with “Hangover” hunk Bradley Cooper, 36, at trendy Time Warner Center restaurant Per Se over the weekend, according to published reports.

The news spurred a wave of frenzied speculation. Was this a romantic remdezvous, or a business meeting?

“People come here for privacy,” a restaurant host told US Weekly.

“They were here for a while,” a second worker said.

The meal was “romantic,” a witness told TMZ. com.

On the other end of the spectrum, E! cited a source close to Lopez who said the two were just talking about a possible movie project over dinner. People magazine seconded the businessonly report, with a source saying that the duo is “in discussions regarding a project.”

The sighting came less than two months after the “American Idol” host announced her split from Marc Anthony after seven years of marriage.

Cooper’s long-term romance with Renée Zellweger ended in March.

We’d say Lopez and Cooper would make a fine couple, whether there’s anything brewing between them or not.
