Jack Osbourne is a new dad

Congrats! Jack Osbourne, 26, and fiancee Lisa Stelly have welcomed a baby girl.

"I witnessed my first grandchild being born, life changing experience," tweeted Jack's famous mother, Sharon Osbourne. "She is an angel."
