Actor/director/artist/student James Franco can add another item to his already varied resumé: roastee.
Comedy Central announced Wednesday that Franco, 35, will be the newest target of its annual celebrity roast. Following in the footsteps of Charlie Sheen, Roseanne Barr and Donald Trump, Franco faces a night of comic criticisms from his quipster colleagues.
“I’ve dreamed of this roast for as long as I can remember,” the “This is the End” star declared in an Instagram video Wednesday.
The roast will be filmed in Los Angeles in August and premiere on Labor Day.
