Jay-Z is on top of the rap game yet again, as his latest album sold 528,000 units in its first week out, according to Nielsen, landing it the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart.

Samsung released 1.2 million copies of “Magna Carta Holy Grail" to Galaxy mobile phone users on July 4, but the album was officially released on July 7. The Samsung sales were not counted on Billboard’s chart, Nielsen said.

Spotify also saw heavy traffic after the album’s debut, with more than 14 million streams since the release. “Magna Carta” topped the Spotify record set by Daft Punk’s “Random Access Memories” in May and had the biggest day for a single album in Spotify U.S. history.

"Magna Carta" was the second-best first-week release after Justin Timberlake’s “20/20 Experience," which moved 968,000 units its first week.
