Jesse James to wed Kat Von D

Jesse James is headed back to the altar.

The 41-year-old motorcycle mogul, less than seven months removed from a messy divorce from Sandra Bullock, will wed 26-year-old Kat Von D, the tattoo artist confirmed via Twitter on Thursday.

“I guess the ‘kat’ is outta the bag, eh,” the “LA Ink” star tweeted to her fiancé, before adding that she was “Overwhelmed with joy right now.”

For his part, James credited Von D with making 2010 “the best year of my life,” telling People “I have never met anyone so kind and loving and committed to making the world a better place every day. My love for her is beyond description.”

No wedding date has been announced and it’s unclear where the couple will make its home.

James lives in Austin, Tex., while Von D in L.A, but Kat told People “having two places we call home will be good for now.”

James’ marriage to Bullock collapsed last year amid revelations of his multiple extramarital affairs.
