Weight Watchers has paid Jessica Simpson millions to lose 60 pounds of baby weight - so, how, exactly did the new mama do it?

TMZ.com has the details of Simpson's slim-down plan, which was crafted by her private chef and closely follows Weight Watchers' Points program, in which each food is assigned a certain number of Points and each participant has a maximum number of Points per day.

According to TMZ, the plan started off with a 15-day smoothie diet, supplemented by healthy snacks and meals as the days went on. From there, Simpson ate three meals, a snack and dessert daily.

A sample day includes: a potato/spinach frittata for breakfast; jerk-steak spring rolls and an organic greens salad for lunch; chick-pea cakes and dipping sauce for a snack; white fish, roasted carrots and asparagus for dinner; and fresh fruit for dessert.
